Nicholas Opara
After immigrating to Canada, Nicholas Opara experienced firsthand what it means to build a new life and work toward a secure future. Along the way, he came to understand the challenges many Canadians face when trying to achieve homeownership.
Today, as a full-time Rent-to-Own Specialist, Nicholas is passionate about helping hardworking individuals and families overcome those barriers and find a clear path toward a home of their own. For Nicholas, it’s about more than homeownership - it’s about helping people build a future they can be proud of.
Olivia Barber
Throughout her twenties, Olivia Barber watched friends and family work hard, build successful careers, and earn good incomes - yet homeownership still felt out of reach.
She saw how a lack of education around credit could leave hardworking people unable to qualify for a traditional mortgage, even when they were capable of making the payments.
That experience sparked Olivia’s passion for Rent-to-Own: helping people overcome the barriers holding them back, rebuild their financial future, and create a clear path toward owning a home of their own.

What We Do
We operate a structured rent-to-own program for eligible clients who are not currently in a position to qualify for traditional mortgage financing. This may be based on issues such as bad but repairable credit, low down payment, and insufficient income statements (self-employed or employees).
